The Annual General Meeting of Guernsey RFC will be held on Tuesday 17 July at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse. The agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies
2. To read and approve the minutes of the previous AGM
3. Matters arising from the previous Minutes
4. Honorary Treasurer’s Report, presenting accounts for the previous financial year
5. Election of Officers for 2012/13

You must be a full member of the club to vote.

Nominations for the election of Officers should be communicated to the Secretary or Chairman prior to the date of the meeting. This does not, however, preclude you from making nominations at the meeting.
